I Bury. Customer service at an embarrassing level. I was looking for an active rental on Sunday and that's how it got. I contacted, picked up the owner and said what car and for how much, and asked when I need a car. I replied that I needed as soon as possible. He told me to call back in 20 minutes, then he stopped answering. Embarrassing behavior. I advise against this pseudo rental. And why do Janas ads, that they work on Sunday, then he does not want to go to give the customer a car. And instead of saying that there is no option, it stops receiving like a child.
Very nice and professional. If I ever rent a car for sure this company. I recommend it!
After initial booking and pickup time at the address, I did not find any company or car, and the attempts to contact ended with voicemail. The total lack of professionalism
I recommend it most. The prices are affordable for renting as well as for the exceeded limit of 300 km per day, cars on the spot, the possibility of substitution, professional service. If I need a car in a boat - I will definitely call here. Thank you once again.
