This rental shop is a joke. The owner and his employee are a bunch of scammers. So far, I am waiting for a transfer for their mistake. Cars are complete scraps. Fear to drive it.
This was the first time I saw this company. Everything at the highest level - service, car, office location. Very affordable. I sincerely recommend the company and I will certainly use it myself.
1.5 days before renting a car (booked a week earlier) I get information that a customer who currently has a car will "probably extend the rental". You need to ask for information, confirmation and arranging collection times. In order to support local entrepreneurs, they are once again forcing themselves to choose chain stores (with guaranteed car availability, at the same price).
An employee of the a / m company invaded the event during a collision. Unfortunately, the car could not be started, which forced me to use their services. After a telephone conversation by the employee and the owner, I was notified that I will pay PLN 150 for towing a car 1.5 km to the parking lot. On the same day I was to receive an invoice for payment which I did not receive. Of course, I was not the perpetrator of the collision and the tow was to be with the OC offender. The next day, an employee of the same company brought me an invoice for PLN 390, I heard that I have to pay this amount if it is with the offender. After a phone argument the same day, I received an invoice for PLN 150 net, payment was PLN 185. As for me, this company is a mockery and they just want to benefit from people who need help at a given moment. Fraudsters, that's all. I definitely do not recommend. He adds that the owner of this company reported that he did not issue an invoice for PLN 150 because it is too low and the insurance company will not refund me this amount of PLN 390
Hello, I am pleased to issue 5 stars. I have not experienced such a favorable, trouble-free and friendly service for a long time. Despite the fact that I arrived a day later after the agreed rental date, I significantly exceeded the daily mileage limit and returned the dirty car, the owner treated me as the best regular customer, although I was there for the first time. Everything went in the best atmosphere. Prices very affordable, great car, what more could you want. I RECOMMEND 100% !!! Today such people are the candle to look for. 6 stars! .
