I use fiber optic Internet + TV - basic. It's been a few months ... Waiting for installations - according to the forecast, we even managed to speed up a bit. Installation very efficient - I mean the professional advice of the installer. The quality of the connection compared to the Internet SIM = no comparison because it is great :) Service - today there is no such commitment because often after sales service is treated as an unnecessary cost ... I rate it at 5+ because: problem report sent at 7.50AM , response at 8.05AM; reply to emails promptly; you can make a call and explain everything. Competitive offer. I recommend

A reliable operator who cares about the customer, trouble-free connection despite the lack of a network on the street and the need to lay a long section of the cable, the installation took place several days earlier - this is also a plus, the connection itself is stable, the speed is in accordance with the contract, since the connection has not happened no breakdown happened. Employees at BOK and technicians are nice and professional. The only drawback is that they do not provide services throughout the country;)

Poor contact with the client, unprofessional, giving the impression of a demanding lady on the hotline like a monopolistic salesman in the People's Republic of Poland. High installation fee which you could not justify, saying: "yes we have" Two-month implementation deadlines. Maybe I had a bad day for this lady, if not then I would like to ask you to learn about competitive micro companies such as Matrix - a completely different conversation!

At first, it does not work and no reaction for half a week. Then repaired, better offer and now works even worse than before. That how if 13 Mb suddenly got not all 2? I return to the assessment 1/5 And now in addition it has fallen below 0.5 Mb / s. I do not recommend this speed. Oh, and I don't care about any document there.
