Professional trainers who motivate, inspire and raise from the floor when you no longer have the strength to get up after training :-) to this loose atmosphere and delicious coffee further encourage you to return.

With a clear conscience I can recommend Move Factory. Professional approach, trainers who are constantly training to provide training news so that every minute of your training is effective. Loose atmosphere, great motivators. They will give you energy when you think you can't do it.

Trainings at Move Factory are very diverse, they focus on all muscle parts, they are selected individually for each person. We devote a lot of time to technology, so we can be sure that we practice correctly and effectively. It can be hard, sometimes we swear inside (and maybe out loud :)), but the satisfaction and feeling that we have done something good for ourselves compensates for the pain. Plus a great atmosphere and lots of laughter. RECOMMEND! :)
