We have already withdrawn from the contract, it is not absolutely required, not in this case. Not answering phone calls and not calling back the client. Finally, information that the loan tranche will not be released in this facility because there are "staff shortages". Mrs. Barbara, Mrs. Ewelina, with such a loan, you should guide the client what to do next, because the contract is signed with a bank and not an intermediary. I am sorry to write this, you are incompetent ladies and I think that something should be done about it. For Millenium Bank customers - a branch a bit further in Żary, a completely different conversation and they answer all questions. greetings
