The rooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty. Nothing to complain about price-performance ratio. The service was very unfriendly and sassy. We did not feel welcomed at all.

What made the experience terrible for me was the staff that worked in the reception desk. The rudest people ever. They soured my trip to Poland since every other person in Poland were warm and accommodating. I felt like I am in a giant coffin in here.
