Bank for the patient, an attempt to withdraw cash in euro takes 2 hours and 25 minutes. Checks are supposed to be accepted, but it takes another hour with a delivery time of 3 months. The facility is incomplete, crowded with no air conditioning on, not even water in the vending machine ... Total zero, if I wanted to queue for hours, I would go to a specialist at the National Health Fund, not to a bank ...
