I can speak only about superlatives about Dr. Moczyński. I have been (or rather have been ...) his patient for over a decade. The doctor always did his job very well, I trusted him. In addition to caring for my teeth, he often advised, informed, suggested - so that all teeth were kept in perfect condition. However, the idyll was interrupted by the appearance - if I remember correctly, less than a year ago - of your "assistant". The gatekeeper-gatekeeper, who also gave the doctor the necessary tools, introduced a negative, somewhat stressful atmosphere during visits. This was still acceptable, but the cup of bitterness finally poured. Well, after making an appointment with Dr. Moczyński by phone, I showed up at the office on the appointed date. I would like to mention that I don't live in Sulęcin anymore and I came here SPECIALLY, due to the doctor's trust and professionalism, which required me to change my plans and, moreover, effort. Meanwhile, instead of an appointment, I was treated - without a cucumber - like a dog. By whom? As you can guess, by "lady" "assistant" (I do not remember the name). The lady, without showing a little respect, turned to me in a very impertinent way, informing me that I was supposedly not making an appointment today (and I would like to emphasize that I booked her two days earlier, talking to the doctor instead of her! ). I also learned that she can't help it, and to my disappointment and the repeated question "How is this? I was appointed, I came here ..." I heard that I should not unload on it (embarrassing remark, completely out of place) - considering how peaceful I am) and that she is not clairvoyant and does not know if I actually made an appointment with the doctor. And possibly I can come next week (I'm already going ...). To sum up - I kissed the door handle, quit my job earlier and came here for nothing. In addition, I was treated like a boy, in advance and without any respect. The described situation is, unfortunately, a total bottom. I have no words for this approach - not so much for the patient but - simply - for the human being. I will not allow anyone to do so. I respect my time and money. Therefore, my leg with Dr. Moczyński will no longer stand up. Never. That's how you lose patients. And I don't think I have to mention that such an approach, in such a hermetic, Sulęcin environment, will sooner or later come to the entire office sideways. I cordially greet Dr. Moczyński and wish you a quick change of staff.
