Everything dirty, food not tasty and service terrible.

Dirt, stench ... It's a pity to talk. The heating does not work, the windows are not tight, the beds creak, the worms come out of the sinks and showers. The night in this was some torment. Pictures do not reflect the actual condition of the building as well as the rooms. I advise against accommodation even if the budget is very limited.
