I am sorry to say that almost all the ladies at the reception are very rude, the only time he managed to talk to a nice person. It is a pity, because in such an institution as the Health Center where sick people come, people with hearts are needed, not surly and rude. My Lord, a smile and a kind word have never hurt anyone.

Everything would be good were it not for these ladies at the reception. No respect for any patient, they treat everyone in advance, as if we were for them and not the other way around. On the phone it doesn't even bother to say a simple good morning. Dear Lord, if you are there for punishment, do not unload your frustration on patients. We're all human. Thank you and goodbye.
