The lady in red hair is so surly, unpleasant, that I gave up PZU insurance because I had no patience to go to deal with anxiety or whether I will be able to hit this "lady" again. Pathetic. She behaves as if everyone was supposed to be all-knowing, and What is she from? From giving a competent answer! It's great when someone wants to pay a premium and doesn't ask anything!
