Good localization. Close to the swimming pool, shop and places where you can eat. Ladies at the reception desk very polite and helpful.

After my stay, I gave up writing reviews, but recently my friends were in the hotel and unfortunately the hotel deserves an uninteresting rating. The rooms are dirty. The carpets have stains. The towels are downright hard and happened to be stained too. The rooms smell bad and it is impossible to ventilate even if you leave the windows open for a long time. I also found a loud party in the restaurant, which did not improve my opinion about the object at all. The receptionist tried to save the situation and silence the too noisy guests, unfortunately it did not help. Although I was at the hotel myself a few months before the pandemic, virtually nothing has changed for the better there. You can still see the PRL there. The only plus is the receptionists already mentioned. You can see that they are trying to provide guests with service adequate to the standards that a hotel with a star should meet. High personal culture and sincere willingness to help save the hotel. In case of problems, they react quickly and try to fix them. They don't mind being prepared and brought to the dish room. The lady herself offered to bring the luggage, although the truth is that with their size, most women would rather skip it. They are good to talk to and well versed. Whatever I would ask, they always gave a satisfactory answer. They are also very good at customer service. The lady did not complain about the number of questions and the time I took her, but listened patiently to me. Even my negative comments about the facility. This is the only reason why I give 2 stars because only the staff really maintains the standard of a one star hotel.
