This is NOT a 4 star hotel! 1. Bathroom: dirty tiles above toilet, dirty toilet brush 2. Food: no coffee or tea at dinner buffet! Unbelievable, frankly! Salad consisted of one big bowl of chopped cucumbers. Breakfast was better. 3. Spa: 50 minute massage ended after 40 minutes!!! No offer to shower before. No water. And for the money they charge... 4. Service: not exactly with a smile. Abrupt. 5. Kids playroom: kids table falling apart with sharp edges. Room had a nice view, thank goodness. Not what I was expecting at all. Won’t be going back.

Pool is excellent but leaving children at the changing table is dangerous. They can easily roll off and sustain serious injuries so this old and fracture one is out of question. Get new one asp!

The pool is so cold! Their hot tub is just warm. Under 90 degrees! I’m sorry, but a hot tub should be at least 95 or higher! I couldn’t even go in the pool it was so cold.
