Store service and shipping very good. Purchase price at a good level. However, I have reservations about the goods shipped. I bought 5 lamps, three of which had open boxes and were damaged, they could not be resold as new, also because they were connected (possibly for a test), one lamp had damaged varnish. I installed at the client what they were because, fortunately, they were high and there were no visible traces and I did not want to go there again 100km and push with the seller. Also a little disgust
A strange approach to the client. I wanted to see a photovoltaic panel that I found on offer as available. The trader replied that there was no such possibility because the goods had been delivered the previous day and still standing on the pallet unpacked on the square. Well, I'll spend the money at another warehouse. As a customer, I like to be treated with respect. For the management of Elus, a topic for the next training. Greetings.
Goods in accordance with the order. The staff was very nice and competent, willing to advise on the choice of the product. When I suggested a replacement for another product, there were no problems. The next day I received a corrective invoice. I am satisfied with the contact with this seller.
