Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review. I have nothing to do with the institution itself, but a nightmare worker, a subsidiary of Pelplin. A slightly aging blonde lady in my opinion is not suitable for contact with a client. Rude, unpleasant, she gave the impression that she was working as a punishment. Behavior like from a bygone era. She may have had a bad day, but she is the face of the company and should be up to the occasion and be classy. It's a pity, you made me probably won't use your services in the future. Peter.
