I strongly advise against! Mrs. Żaneta, despite a clear objection several times, added additional products to the account set up, marked all marketing consents without asking whether I agree to them. After notifying Mrs Żaneta several times that I do not want these products and consents, she still has not made any changes to the contract. In addition, she asked for data that is not necessary to set up an account. Admonished that this is not needed, she only said that it would be useful for the future. I strongly advise against setting up an account with such an incompetent person who knowingly stretches personal data and additional products.

Very helpful and friendly service. Convenient location. The branch opening hours on Google differ from those on the branch door and on the bank's website. The branch is open from 9.30am to 17. Despite reaching the bank, just before 5pm I was served professionally and with a smile.

Service and its quality at zero level - despite the assignment of an insurance for a mortgage loan, Millenium calls me to re-submit this document. The manager will not serve me, because 10 minutes earlier they closed the institution. Nor can he check and explain the problem after the weekend because "a signature may be needed". As a result, due to a mistake or negligence on the bank side, I have to get out of work and come back again (someone came up with super working hours of branch 10-17.30) I do not recommend !!

Please be careful of them, they are offering unlawful contracts.

Long queues. Mrs. Agnieszka (round blonde) rude. We came for the loan on 02/12/2018 around 4:30 PM. The lady served the client, and we waited in line. Behind us, you walked in loafers, saying "good morning, Mrs. Agnieszka", and then you sat down like a king at the idle post. When our turn came, the Lady, to our surprise, invited this very Lord. When we recalled that we were the first, the lady knocked us off and started serving this man. Apparently friends are the most important. Pissed off, we went to the competition. After about half an hour of friendly service at the PKO across the street, we decided to try again. We enter the bank - almost empty. Agnieszka is not in the position because she walks around the ward as if she had pinworms. Finally she sat down at the desk and we asked if she could serve us (she had seen us earlier), to which she coldly replied "please wait". She tears off 4 capital letters from an armchair, grabs her wallet and goes ... to the grocery store for shopping. The customer's level of excitement reached its apogee. We left the branch and decided that if such service was provided, what would happen if we took a loan from such a bank. We are currently transferring our 2 accounts, which we have from the age of 18 (we are before 30), to PKO. Bravo Millennium. Thank you for your cooperation.
