I needed transport for the transport of furniture. I made the car reservation through the website, where you can also find the price list and regulations of the rental company. I explained the questions and doubts in a telephone conversation - very good contact. I received a car neat and in good technical condition, refueled to full and ready to go. Before renting, the rental employee with my participation noted in the report minor paint defects and missing equipment (hubcaps) - which avoids discussion when returning the car. I paid the borrowing and deposit costs with a credit card. The return of the car was without a problem. Before handing over the car I washed (on a self-service car wash) so I was not charged with the cost of washing. Unfortunately, it turned out that the deposit paid with the card will be returned to me not on the card but by transfer to the account. I received the bail on the same day in the evening - I have an account with the same bank (Mbank) as the rental. I believe that a client paying with a card should be pre-paid about the return of the account to the payment (account number must be provided) and this information should be added on the website. In addition, everything took place culturally, on time and in accordance with the arrangements. In the future I will be happy to use their services again and I will recommend to others: well-groomed cars, competitive prices and good customer service.

I rented a car for 2 hours, 40 PLN / h. The lady said that the car should be given clean and refueled. The paper agreement also included such a record. Everything is as normal and standard as in any rental company in the world ... A few minutes before handing over the car I called to inform you that I would be in a few minutes. The lady asked if I was already at the car wash! I said I was not there because there is no such requirement but the car is clean and tidy. I heard that I have to go to the car wash, otherwise I will pay 50 PLN for a car wash. I categorically disagreed. Despite the lack of information about the non-standard requirement and my objection, I was charged with the amount for the car wash. In the video record from our conversation, there is also no information about washing the car's body at a car wash. Fraud!!!

I rented a Hyundai I30. With a family of four, we were able to go skiing. New, comfortable car, burned on average 6.2L (we traveled 2 thousand km). During one of the trips we came across a Slovakian border, despite that the owner closed her eyes despite crossing the border ;-). Nice service, low prices, no hidden costs. I found a rental office for myself. I would recommend !!!

I needed a small delivery house and I found one at a good price. The car is clean and practically like new. Auto LPG therefore very economical. Professional and polite service. It depends on the client's why I can confidently recommend.
