On June 15, 2020, an employee of the Vigostyn company contacted us - they were looking for employees - fitter assistants to work in Puławy. After settling all formalities, we agreed to send 4 employees from Ukraine to work. After 4 employees from Ukraine came to Poland, we provided them with accommodation during the quarantine period (14 days) for PLN 1600, during this period we also undertook to provide our employees with food for which we spent a total of PLN 800. After 1 week of quarantine, I went to the Vigostyn company to sign a cooperation agreement (contract for 4 parties, no bad entries towards Vigostyn), Mrs. K. was late for the appointment. She read the contract as if she saw it once - I would like to point out that it was the version accepted by the "lawyer" of the Vigostyn company. Mrs. K. showed during the first and last meeting that she is very unorganized, chaotic, with no experience in managing employees. During the meeting, I was informed that the project in Puławy, unfortunately, is not going as planned and my employees will be assigned to work in Gdańsk to build wind towers. Of course, I agreed, because the employees were already in quarantine, and for me, working in the Gdańsk area was a better solution, because then I could have employees under my care. After the quarantine expired on Monday, I referred my employees for high-altitude medical examinations - it was obvious and required in the cooperation agreement. We spent PLN 1,200 for 4 people on research. In our occupational medicine, high-altitude tests in Gdańsk amount to PLN 300 / person, then we purchased clothing, footwear and helmets for PLN 900. Mrs. K. assured us all the time that after completing the tests, the employees would go to work on the following day. After the research, we were reassigned to the apartment provided by the Vigostyn company in the contract. A 3-room apartment where a total of 13 people lived with my 4 employees - all people from Ukraine. In a word, the apartment was a mess, for one of my employees there was no bed - you were sleeping on the floor. After my phone call to Ms K., I was informed that the passes were not issued, because they got their tests too late - it was understandable to us. On Tuesday morning, Ms. Krystyna called me and said that she needed health and safety tests by 12 o'clock because she must have them to obtain passes, we sent the tests a moment after 10 o'clock to the Vigostyn e-mail. We assumed that employees would start working on Wednesday. Of course, in the afternoon of Tuesday, Mrs. K. informed me that the passes were still not issued. Throughout Wednesday, Ms. Krystyna did not get her passes again. In the meantime, I relocated my employees to a hostel for which I paid PLN 500. In the apartment we received from Mrs. Krystyna, there was one big libation about which Mrs. K. allegedly found out after my photos and calls. On Wednesday, Ms. Krystyna informed me that the project on wind towers would not be implemented, but that she could send us from Thursday morning to work in the Gdańsk hospital for auxiliary work on the installation of electrics - of course, we all accepted the proposal, because everyone wanted the gentlemen to go to work. The employees were to start work from Thursday at 7.30. On Thursday at 6:26 am Mrs. K. informed me in a text message that the gentlemen cannot go to work because they do not have passes. On Thursday, we finished the dialogue with Vigostyn. We spent over PLN 5,000. I do not recommend this company to anyone - it is run by incompetent people, they lie all the time and deceive with their promises. Ms K practically never answers the phone, according to her explanations, she has meetings and negotiations 24 hours a day. In a word, this company is a waste of nerves and money.

Sharashkin’s office, they didn’t pay me the salary after the dismissal, they promised to pay more than six months. They did not give a damn about the workers and the irresponsible approach to organizing labor. I was not satisfied with this company, I strongly do not recommend contacting this sharaga. It constantly lies and promises to repay debt at the end of each month. This comment will remain here and disgrace the name of the company until I receive my money

I almost got in touch with this company, dissuaded it in time, but it is clear that other reviews are not very good
