Two weeks ago I became the owner of a link provided by the mBit company. I am a conscious 'heavy user', the link has something to do almost all the time. I put the network at home on a good router, as a result, even using several machines and phones, there is no problem with using it. Two, sometimes three VPNs, computers or phones with YouTube, on the Netflix 4k tv - all this does not make any impression on the connection. At that time, the child plays online shooters with a ping of 15-18ms. I didn't even enable QoS on the router, because it is simply unnecessary. I very much regret that it was only in 2020 that I discovered a local provider providing services in my location. So far I am very, very pleased!
Company representatives talk to the client taking into account his expectations. They are an advisory body in case of problems. Personally, I am very satisfied with the services. During the telephone conversation, I was accused of not returning the devices. Moments later, the secretariat (another person) confirmed that these devices had arrived. The quality of the connection itself was at a good level. A higher rating would be possible if not for the customer approach.
I have been buying m-bit computer accessories for quite a long time, and everything is always fine in terms of orders, terms, service, etc., I also recommend it!
