Unfortunately, I am disappointed and disgusted with the approach to the client. I have not received the ordered goods yet, so I cannot comment on the quality and whether it will be in accordance with the order. Of course, the implementation of the order is delayed and it would be all right (at the present time I took into account this eventuality) if the store would inform you about it. I have often called the store to ask at what stage is the order fulfillment, receiving a return message "we will call you with feedback". Of course ... silence ... despite the assurances, no one bothered to call. The second issue is the price for goods and transport, which is always different. The ordered bed was supposed to have some additional elements. When placing the order, the lady called the carpenter (not once) and agreed the price with additional elements. During one of the phone calls, it turned out quite by accident that the price is higher without giving any specific reasons, the same is the case with transport. This is definitely my last order from this store.
We order something through this store once (they cooperate with carpenters in Wejherowo and Osiek). Maybe it is a bit more expensive than in chain stores, but it is not a problem to order a piece of furniture slightly modified in size, or even according to our design ...
