I rate the cooperation with the Komfort salon in Pruszcz Gdański at 2.5 / 5. There was no problem with choosing the right panels and the staff was helpful in this matter. However, during the transaction, I was not informed that the transport of the panels to the apartment was additionally payable and I should express my willingness to do so (and I ordered a service with assembly). As a result, the installer came to the site without the panels, and I was not informed that the panels should be ordered or organized separately. As for the assembly itself, the installers damaged the freshly painted walls. The expansion joints were uneven and some walls were so large that a skirting board would not cover them. The gentlemen were asked for an amendment, and then they came to the site without prior contact, took advantage of the presence of another finishing team and entered the house without a word or consent. In addition, the finishes / dilatations at the joints with the sliding windows were made carelessly, which forced the use of wide aluminum profiles. The position of the panels is ok, but when it comes to the issues of finishing near the walls, windows, expansion joints, they were done very negligently. Unfortunately, if I were to buy laminate flooring with the assembly service again, I would use the services of my competition.

We were going to buy tiles that we already selected. We didn't need consulting or more complicated service. Unfortunately, it turned out that the Lord from the department with tiles just isn't at work that day, and the remaining 4 people from the service are not able to help us. Rather, the visit is one of those from the cycle "waste of time".

Scammers and liars in the email info that the goods can be picked up until 8pm closed on the spot open until 6pm, the seller did not inform on delivery that there is a rebate on the products, no replies to emails, recent purchases from cheaters
