We bought a Global table from Pro-Invest after a few months discoloration from the sun appeared on the countertop. We advertised the table with the manufacturer, but unfortunately they did not accept the complaint. Pro Invest uses poor quality varnishes. I conclude this based on a table we bought from another manufacturer (also veneer), which we have in the living room. A colossal difference in quality. I do not recommend Pro Invest. We received such an answer from Mrs. Izabela Mikicka from Pro Invest: The object of the complaint is the Global RB ɸ 120 + 2x50 table (full veneer), honey American walnut color - black decorative elements. Based on the complaint received, I am forced to reject the complaint. The reason for rejecting a complaint is that the table is exposed to direct sunlight, the table just faded. In our warranty card - Rules of use - point 5 we talk about this process to avoid this type of event. The product that you bought from our offer, it is natural veneer table in POLMA, this is not a film or laminate, which is an artificial product. You have been informed about the fact that it is natural veneer in the salon before ordering. In addition, natural veneers also undergo oxidation during use, which makes them different from laminates and artificial veneers. Based on the photo sent from your kitchen, it appears that the table is in a room with only windows around. Due to the fact that all the time lying on the table pads, veneer has been discolored, therefore we consider the complaints as unfounded.

Hello everyone, we would like to respond to the previous opinion about the table purchased in our company. So, every product made in natural veneer undergoes oxidation over time and changes its color slightly under the influence of light. This can be explained on a very simple example - if after some time we take off the picture hanging on the wall, of course, the color of the wall will be different in this place, the same with cars, which, for example, are covered with advertising or inscriptions - please peel off the inscriptions after a year of use and no matter whether it will be Mercedes or another reputable brand, the varnish in this place will have a different color to the extent that you can "read" what was glued. Can you accuse the manufacturers of cars or wall paints that they used the wrong varnish or paint ??? Certainly not. This is the result of such and no other use and not technological errors. The best UV varnish is not able to protect the product made of natural veneer exposed directly to strong sun causing a change in the original color - laminate or other artificial veneers are suitable for such use. Our company is present on the Polish and foreign market, to date it has sold thousands of pieces of products where we do not have such problems as with the customer above. The description of the customer is only intended to "replay" for the rejected complaint and discredit us against other customers.

Hello, my husband and I bought the Global (veneer) table after 2 days, it turned out that he did not use this table at all. It draws under the influence of everything. A soft cardboard, chocolate, microfiber cloth, table pads ... everything leaves white scratches. Of course, the claims were rejected because in their opinion they were mechanical scratches caused by our fault hehe ... They put the wrong varnish on and we spent a lot of money and we don't know what to do with this amazing purchase. We sincerely advise against this company.
