Queues, queues and more queues. It's frosty outside and there is a queue for 20 people in front of the entrance. Very poor work organization.

Not nice service The lady in the window No. 1 who served me instead of settling matters began to instruct me about masks and infecting people. Also the lady who serves customers at the entrance was very clever I do not recommend this bank despite the fact that I have an account there, I will probably change
