B slow service.

Cheating and malcontents. An employee with 10 years of experience lies in the eye that I did not take part in this promotion which she assumed less than a month ago and that there will be benefits associated with it. The employee says that something was wrong! Then, after showing text messages from the bank with a thank you for participating in this promotion just suddenly everything is correct ... that's something we have not yet met. I will definitely notify the headquarters. Please avoid Mrs. Ewelina. I do not recommend this branch. Don't be fooled.

Always smiling service that answers my most demanding questions. In most cases, ladies can manage my case 100% with my expectations :)

I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Very nice ladies who will help you in any case with a smile :)

Very poor customer service. Only two serving ladies. You have to wait for 20-35 minutes each time. The matter has always been settled for a long time.
