The service is terrible. The ladies do not know what they are there for. After the client enters, they do not stop private conversations and jokes. They do not know anything about diamonds except the number of carats read on the tag and the price.

Every time in the store I meet the same nasty, incompetent two saleswoman. They tell people when returning that an order number is needed and the receipt is not sufficient. They are reluctant to advise clients and show great reluctance. Soon I will come there to pass the information to the superiors, I do not recommend it

Today I visited my "salon" with my wife. The spouse wanted to buy the so-called "celebrity". The lady behind the counter, horror, most likely the owner (I think we have mutual friends), hearing what we are looking for, scornfully pointed at the places where they may be. I think it's a cheap thing to want to get out of the counter and help the client, just like the one who asked about some precious stones. I do not recommend this "salon" and in life I will not come a step closer. However, the competition, i.e. Kruk and Apart, stood up to the challenge.
