The jewelry store in the galleria does unethical business. Beware. My wife and I bought jewelry there at their store and the sales person gave us two options to pay. She didn’t explain that one of those options had a conversion fee. After reviewing our receipt my wife noticed a few. When went back to ask about adjusting the purchase so we would not have a to pay a fee that was more than the conversion rate at a the exchange within the same mall. The clerk at the jewelry said there was nothing he could do. Even after the same staff saw us purchase the items they said they would not return the product. They only return if you buy online. This does not make one ounce of sense. Being a manager in a $40 million a year establishment, I know there is something they could do. Insane that they would stand their ground to rip their consumers off. My wife and I will continue to let everyone we know in this area about the shameful business this store conducts.

No service - this morning I waited 5 minutes for someone to come up and ask if I could help ... Ladies busy talking, not a customer. I advise against shopping there

we came with the intention of buying wedding rings. NOBODY approached us. we tell the staff that we wanted to talk and find out the details, try on. Lady at the counter, to whom we bothered, looking at us from the top said that the price depends on the gold sample and how we decide, we have to call it. how should I decide without seeing her on my finger? On the same day, we bought wedding rings in another store. I do not recommend. the customer is nobody
