Obsługa bardzo ale to bardzo nieuprzejma radzę zmienic personel bo niebawem naprawdę nikt nie będzie chciał zaglądać do tego sklepu. Wchodząc do sklepu nie zauważyłam że jest już wystarczajaca ilość osób jakie mogą przebywać w danym pomieszczeniu jednocześnie i wtedy zamiast prośby aby zaczekać ponieważ jest za dużo osób usłyszałam kategoryczne "proszę wyjść!" Wyszłam i już nie wróciłam. Panie nie orientują się co sprzedają gubią towar szukają po sklepie bo w systemie widnieje że towar jest dostępny. Nie polecam tam zaglądać.

Ladies selling terribly rude. Some lessons in cultural behavior would be useful. When returning an UNUSED ring for 20 minutes, they looked for some damage and of course they found micro "hairline" scratches, so it may be different with replacement. Overall, the shop was tragic, overrated. The jewelry is so-so, and with the return a million problems, and the working team is a shame to talk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Tragically unsympathetic service. The ladies were offended that they had to work. One of them, with great disgust, showed off the products. Not to mention the lady at the counter disgusted the customer service. If not for the pressure of Christmas presents, I would have left without shopping.

Approx. Nice service and very helpful. Ladies really even helped download the application so that there was a 10 percent discount 👍👍👍
