Epic fail! I ordered a bailiff's enforcement of the Służałek bailiff's office at the beginning of September this year, and on average, I called once a week about this matter. The ladies in the office informed me that they were waiting for the confirmation of the receipt of the correspondence (I would like to mention that the debtor is a thief! Of my personal data!) So if this person does not bother to plead to the courts, how is he supposed to receive the correspondence ?! It is true that they wrote a few letters to banks, but the effect is zero because the funds are zero because the thief will not keep funds in the account! I received information on my demands for the effectiveness of the enforcement that they could bother with the debtor, but it costs PLN 250 because looking for funds plus video surveillance plus access. The effect of searching for funds, in my opinion, is not known because the thief may not open it, so I did not order the search for funds, because I would only lose another money because I had to make an advance payment at the start. And today I received a letter from the bailiff requesting the payment of PLN 150 for unsuccessful execution !!! and ending the case with zero effect. So I waited for a great NOTHING, I lost PLN 200, that's such an effective bailiff Służałek. I am writing to warn you that after him you decide to order this bailiff, be aware that it is not very realistic to collect money from the debtor, unlike a decent man where he has to pay PLN 200 for NOTHING plus lost time! I absolutely do not recommend !!! Avoid and look for an effective bailiff who will inform you at the start !!!!!! about possible costs in case of failure !!!!
