Notary the best in his profession. He has knowledge, immediately offers solutions and translates them in a concrete way. Unfortunately, people in the secretary's office behave as if they were punished there and they perform their duties with grace

I absolutely advise against using the services of a notary public. Nowadays, there are several or a dozen notaries in every major city, so there is a large selection. The notary was late for each appointment. Each meeting was stretched by several dozen minutes, so the next ones in the line had to wait. The attitude of the notary to me and my family was as professional as it was during the communist era. A notary public is power, and we are all dark commoners, so sit quietly and listen, and then pay. A typical post-communist official who has soaked up too much with communism to change now.
