I bought online for big shoes. You said my size in Katowice should be mentioned to me without a problem. I went to Galeria Katowicka and they approached me there in a rude and dismissive manner. I was told that they would not mention it because these are the procedures and that I would send them away, as long as the employee would not change their procedures. I called Wojas in M1. The intervention of the lady from Wojas Czeladź quickly replaced my shoes with the right size and the approach to me was much less disrespectful. Thank you very much and I will definitely come back to you. Best regards.

I do not recommend Wojas or the same brand store in Czeladz. Everyone is not very nice. Poor service. Shame!

I do not recommend! One of the saleswoman ladies is not very nice, not helpful at all. I have no objections to the other lady. Generally when it comes to the brand, I did not expect such a treatment, a double complaint, and Wojas has it somewhere, grain leather, for a lot of money, and terrible trash! The lady claimed that the mechanical damage, and the wallet is rather worn in a purse, I think it would be necessary to carry it additionally in a carton ... I always had wallets from the skin and never in my life such a problem. The goods are obviously defective! And the company can not admit it.

Blonde saleswoman in fringe and pony is a person who will not let me return to the store. The problem is to give the shoe, look for size. He only makes faces and scares away customers.
