Not once did I shop in this store with my family, and every time I leave happy. Friendly and helpful staff, a large selection of shoes and other items. Good value for money, although I had to advertise shoes bought a year ago. The complaint was accepted immediately, and I exchanged them for more solid shoes, paying the difference. I will gladly go back to shopping in Czeladzki Deichmann, and recommend it to friends. Thank you for your honesty.

Poor quality of goods - the locks in shoes break down within 2 months of use and the complaint is rejected .... embarrassment ... I will not buy anything anymore in this chain !!!!!

I recently bought sports shoes for work. Unfortunately, after one day, actually several dozen minutes, the shoes turned out to be uncomfortable (in my opinion - an insert badly sewn in). The complaint in the store has been rejected. At the time of appearing after receiving the complaint I received, not my shoes (dirty, heavily exited, in other packaging). The lady tried to prove to me that these are my shoes, receipts attached to the packaging. Insistent translations, that within 24 hours I am not able to destroy shoes so badly gave an average effect. I asked to check again and find my footwear. After 1 hour, I received an SMS saying that there could be no mistake. Another visit to the store and translation again. I was asked to wait another day, they will try to find one! Embarrassment. Fortunately, there was one competent person from the shop service (I greet) and in 2 minutes (!!!) found my shoes, which the whole team could not find. The quality of the products of this network is the second issue. I do not recommend products or store.
