Very difficult contact with the representatives of the office, access arranged at the last minute, departure time given a few hours before the actual departure - we did not know until the last moment whether we would actually go, incompetent employees, the journey divided into transfers with several-hour stops.

Hello ! From 25-08 to 06-09 I was on a 13-day stay in Truskavets organized by the Travelbook office and I am still full of impressions, maybe not what I expected, but always an impression. Office took care that I had them. I write about this period, about what I experienced there at the time, saw what I heard, I attach my impressions from the period before the trip. I write here succinctly, because it would be much more in detail. Of course, what the client perceives with any senses, what he experiences, what he remembers is not relevant to the office, is questioned by them. The Travelbook office shows misunderstanding about the claims, it does not feel responsible for customer dissatisfaction, there is no chance for a word sorry or a proposal to change the situation. Sometimes a great adventure will help, but that's not why you go to the sanatorium. If you have already decided to travel with the Travelbook office to Truskavets, make sure before you leave whether everything really goes according to certain rules, in accordance with your needs, or you will get the expected product. Before you leave, protect yourself in the event of a change. All things have on paper. Unfortunately, it is not easy to get compensation for losses incurred later, e.g. by "throwing into the Alkor hotel", which was Travelbook's recent practice. People traveled to a specific sanatorium and ended up in the Alkor hotel favorite by the Travelbook office, which was described by the office as a treat, with the quality of that chosen. It is indeed a new, elegant building, with very good food, friendly service, with a basic treatment package for Truskavets, but without swimming pools, with no specialist treatments served in other sanatoriums, far from the pedestrian zone, on a busy street, in a residential area, from one side in front of the windows a dingy block, on the other hand a car base. A place to rest is two benches in the sun on the street and a not very spacious hall, no greenery, no shade. So in the package additional stress. The office assured us so parentally that it is best for us, the consequence of which should be delight and gratitude, if we are dissatisfied, it is our fault, because we are not able to properly use the gift received. Adventures happen in this office at various stages, sometimes while booking, sometimes while traveling, and sometimes on the spot. However, there were people who were satisfied from the beginning to the end and everything went smoothly with them, but there were also a lot of complications at various stages. To sum up: if you like adventures, adrenaline, fluidity, unpredictability, ambiguity Travelbook has it in a free package for you. If you like boring trips, where everything happens according to a predetermined schedule - I strongly advise against.
