Total mockery from the sender and recipient. The package is not delivered because the postman stated that there is no such address, despite the fact that everything on the confirmation of posting is correct. They also do not want to give the package to the recipient because they claim that it was not sent to his address, which is another mockery. Of course, they also don't want to tell him which address it was given to. A state institution, something seems too much and they forgot that they are kept from our taxes ...

Queues ... queues ... queues. Each time 5-8 people! Consider the number of employees on customer service! And such stickers "customers served out of order" should break off and not be ridiculed. It has not happened to me that someone let me through, or that the lady from the window asked without queues ... And in the 9th month of pregnancy the belly is already large and visible and it is really hard to stand out in a queue of 6 people in a hot room.

This office is a failure of Poczta Polska. Postmen and couriers serving the Wola 2 estate should be dismissed immediately. I do not want to move them four letters to deliver a registered parcel or package, it is best to leave the advice note in the box on the ground floor. This is not an isolated case as also noted by other residents. The advice is badly completed without the date of issue or the date of receipt of the parcel at the post office. To be able to pick up the last registered items, I had to go to the post office three times and stand in a queue for 20-30 minutes each time. Such treatment of customers by Poczta Polska calls for vengeance.
