I do not recommend this facility for babies, especially those who are allergic to food. The headmistress turned out to be an irresponsible person who ignored my child's food intolerance. A month before taking my son to the nursery, I reported to this lady that she was allergic to various foods and asked for a separate special catering. We agreed that you would find out whether individual nutrition is possible, but absorbed in going on vacation, she forgot to report to me the fact that the child would not have any other food. After the first day in the nursery, when the toddler was picked up, it turned out that the ladies fed him like everyone else, that is with what he is allergic to, despite the knowledge about it !!! After a telephone conversation with the headmistress, I only found out that the catering company had not agreed to prepare only one separate portion for the child with allergies and that they had to feed him with something (as if there were no phone calls and it would not be possible to report to me that the child did not have what to eat). Therefore, for the whole week I brought my son food from home, which, as it turned out, was not served to the end anyway, because the caregivers said that the little boy was spitting, so they did not give it to him again. The result was a hungry, nervous child because he ate maybe a little fruit all day .... I decided to personally write a letter asking the catering company supplying the nursery with lunches to agree to cook for the allergy sufferer. Surprisingly, in response, the company agreed, but of course for a larger surcharge. After a few days, the headmistress called me and said that now she had to prepare full documentation and that she needed a medical certificate with information on what the child is allergic to. In my opinion, the headmistress should do it when I reported to her that I have a child with allergies and I would like a different nutrition for him, and not when I have already arranged for the child special lunches ... It is impossible ... Moreover, the child was reluctant to go there (14 months old). In the morning, the ladies grabbed him from my hands instead of encouraging me to enter. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with taking care of my baby. Maybe children about 2 years old, who eat, walk themselves and are not allergic to food, are more suitable for this nursery because there is not so much work with them. Maybe I am too overzealous and had higher expectations and expectations towards this institution. Nevertheless, I trusted them enough to give them my child's care, which turned out to be a big mistake in my case.
