On Saturday, November 24, 2020, after entering the bank branch, I wanted to receive information about the new regulations for the accounts. The gentleman who was there and did not introduce himself said that I received information on internet banking so I should read it. He rolled his eyes and sighed. After this treatment, I felt terrible. I did not use any information. I said that I was leaving because you are rude, but it was obvious that you did not care about the client. I'm disappointed.

I recommend the branch and its service. I was at an ATM and couldn't get my card out. I did not know what to do and you noticed it from the bank branch. He came over and helped me retrieve my card and use the ATM.

When opening an account, the Advisor (Lord) explained everything to me in an understandable and professional manner. I am very pleased and I will definitely come back to it again. I recommend.

A quiet, calm branch. 2 ATMs and deposit machines in front of the entrance. Cashless branch, so there are no queues and you can easily do your business while shopping.
