Very rude service !! Dad forgot to top up the phone twice the contract was terminated, okay. He comes to regulate the 'penalty' for the termination of the contract and ask if he can sign a new one if the other one has been terminated and your sublime tone (by the tone I gave the impression of contempt for the customer) informs him that this is a new contract since he is an unreliable customer dr Greetings from a long-time customer who once in your life you have forgotten to top up your account.

I don't know why this point exists. P. Roksana is not a helpful person at all, the only solution for the customer is to install the application plus online, and generally it was and checking if there was any error on their part because somehow now the contract will end and for 3 years on the phone after the bar is extended you can see there was how much transfer I used today and how much was left to use. Advisor's eloquence puts on the shoulder blades, install the application 🤣🤣🤣😂.
