I use thuja for 12 months 3 times. I have mixed feelings about this office. The first time we paid for the blonde lady with curly hair, we had a few questions about the holiday booked through the applications (08.2018). The answer knocked me off my feet - "You are not a client of our office, but a client of Warsaw, so please call the hotline with questions". After all, we returned for the second time (06.2019). Fortunately, we found another lady. Our entire booking was very successful, the lady answered all the questions, of course she offered the insurance which we gave up, we left smiling and happy. She devoted a lot of time to us. And now ..... I don't even know where to start. We go to the office with the selected offer, determined to vacation on 08.2019. Blonde lady. We were so scared that basic insurance will not cover some accidents that may happen on the island (because a helicopter flight from the island to land is 100,000 and the insurance covers 40,000), we refused insurance several times. It is the lady who goes further in the offer "please give the reason for refusal", must enter because the insurer will first ask them such a question if something happens. We were already irritated and say that a month ago we did not have such questions. Next. Do we buy a price guarantee. We are surprised. You inform us that there are cases that if the flight carrier raises their prices, they will have to charge us with the costs. When we left the office, we had such disgust on our faces that instead of enjoying the holidays we bought, we talked that we were in this office LAST time. We will still use tui :)

I recommend Ms. Alicja from a travel agency in Central Europe. It is surprising that you can have such a huge passion at work (!) As well as knowledge about directions and possible trips. I am very satisfied with my course (although going to the office I was thinking about a completely different place!). Mrs. Alicja chose to travel fully under my preferences. I highly recommend and certainly will pass on this lady when planning another trip! :) Thank you very much! 😊

Embarrassment and a hopeless level of customer service. We wanted to buy a holiday trip for 2. The employee who served us (woman approx. 35 years old, overweight) was not interested in presenting the offer or adjusting something to our preferences, but only forcing us to force the ridiculous and terribly expensive insurance, which we consciously did not want and did not need. When we politely refused to pay for unnecessary insurance for one time, we heard from her that "we do not care about our health"! I advise you to avoid this place from a distance. The service does not care about customer satisfaction, but only pressing nonsense products to them, thanks to which they will make their sales plans.
