Grade 1 due to total and permanent disrespect for the patient's personal time! I was treated in this office for several months, maybe even a year, and I was NOT accepted EVERY time at the time I was enrolled. The minimum delay was an hour, and most often over 2! However, today's situation has shed a bit of bitterness. I came at the appointed time, and there were 7 people in a queue ahead of me, of which an additional 2 were in the queue, but they were out of place, which I think is absurd and unacceptable, such as taking the queue at all should not have room. Either someone is waiting like everyone else or they are unlucky. In addition, after a while there came a family with children who had a priority party and of course I am able to understand and accept. Irritated by the whole situation, I asked in the queue who was here for the hour and who just came. Interestingly, some of the people in the queue said that after all, whoever comes here comes in. In that case, for hell's records for hours? I'm sorry, it's probably not a queue to the bank window? It turned out that the appointments did not constitute even half of the queue. Additionally, one of the patients was registered for the same time as me !! I understand the desire to receive as many patients as possible by a dentist, which translates into higher earnings, but I absolutely do not agree to this at the expense of my private time! People who are "extra" should be referred to either at the end of the queue or at the end of the day when all appointments have been admitted. The more that I am a patient who has been treated there for a long time, so I think I can demand respect for my time all the more. As for dental services, I am satisfied for now. I heartily recommend it if you value your private time :)
