Mein ICE

Have been going here for a while. People are always friendly and the ice creams are good. Went again today and they had new scoop ice cream flavors that are amazing. Dam they are good.

I bought a croissant .... the saleswoman said it was fresh. Unfortunately, the croissant was old, dry and hard. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It was the worst croissant I have ever eaten (even seven days with Mendeleev's plate is better). I wish I could give negative stars as it was usually a scam.

I worked in the dessert shop for a month. The bosses at the interview seem extremely nice. After some time it is not so colorful anymore. I couldn't ask for the contract and eventually my friend and I did not get it, because for the boss it would be "too long paperwork". They can leave the girl alone at the moment when the queue is unimaginably long, and then they come offended with the claim that the employee did not cover the whole area with a flash (despite the fact that the girl served customers all the time). They are also very willing to issue charges which they cannot confirm. I'm not surprised that so many girls have passed through the dessert shop in the last few months. ;)

August 30, 2020 I stood here to buy an ice cream. I stood at the window but there was no one from the service. I look at someone's inside, I'm walking in. So I stood for this Lord. Nobody came for a long time, I started to get impatient, so I say "good morning", maybe someone will hear me. But I hear some discussions at the back, you are standing in front of me, waiting, suddenly you left the service. She didn't greet me as a customer, but put the cake back to where it was facing the customer. It turned out after 10-12 minutes of standing that this gentleman was waiting for the cake (I don't know where he was paying and how much he was already waiting there), which was given to me in a crumpled Lidl net ... shock. At the same time, a family of four approached a window outside. And one of the ladies started to operate them and a tall blonde asked me what she could help me with, so I say that she wants to know what the flavors of ice cream have, because I would like to buy one gimlet. And she told me that I had to go outside to order, and I said that where it is written, because I was here first and she wanted her to serve me, she said that they take orders outside, I said that you must joking that please serve me, because I've been standing here for over 10 minutes. She refused. So I am asking: Where does it say where there are tables and a place to eat, I cannot place an order? What is your approach to the client? You just don't do that. I would like to add that I am in danger and visible pregnancy, so I hope that this woman will not have to be in such a situation and a lot of families and pregnant women who are clients of this place ........ Ps. I had time to look around this place my way and I would not sit on those dirty chairs from cakes and ice cream, besides, the diplomas you have posted there are probably not for you. I also understand if I stood there for maybe 2 minutes, maybe I would have thought otherwise, but firstly I told this woman and secondly, How much can you pack a cake ?????

For the incredibly positive entries from the internet, I felt disappointed. First, there will be a long queue, only one girl to handle, even if she doubled, it would have to take a long time. Mini ice cream balls, good taste, but nothing surprising about them, slightly loose consistency rather not made from fresh cream.
