Please consider treatment in this "institution" very carefully. My mother - a 70-year-old woman who has been a patient of this clinic for many years, was there for root canal treatment. Treatment was attempted which caused great pain. The next day, after a sleepless night, my mother came to this "institution" for help, where she waited about 2 hours for the arrival of the doctor who had been trying to heal her tooth the day before. After about two hours of waiting, she received information that the doctor was sick and would not come and no one else in this institution would help her. I can understand such a situation, but I cannot understand why the team of doctors of this "institution" did not feel responsible and made any attempt to eliminate the treatment error. Of course, the pain was growing all the time, there was a swelling of the mandible, an infection of the adjacent tooth, which was successfully removed in another office in Skórzewo. Dear ladies working in this "institution", I think that my mother could count on a pinch of your empathy for the money she paid! Thank you for donating a few days of pain and suffering. After reading the answer below, I have the impression that the Manager is being misled by the staff, or does not know what is happening in the office and now presents complicated explanations and claims that the patient is lying. You did not want to repair your "fluff".

With the light-cured filling, I received information that the filling costs PLN 230, when paying at the reception desk, there is an additional fee for each paid covid service (+ PLN 50). It turns out that when filling with inferior material (free), this amount is not paid, but when filling with private (more durable) material, yes. Misleading the customer. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

Perhaps, to warn others, I will describe today's first and last meeting with Interdent. My tooth hurt a lot, I called, I was asked to come quickly. The wait for the party is quite short, very nice ladies registrars. Aleksandra, a dentist, invited me to the office, gave me anesthesia, opened my tooth and ran to the nearby office every 5 minutes to consult a second doctor. After a long run between offices, she stated that root canal treatment is needed and they do not do it at the National Health Fund. When I said that I had a private appointment, the doctor said that I did not have a root canal treatment and that I had to go to another dentist, closed the tooth with something that could not be called a spong, of course without polishing, wrote out (also after a long run between the office and registration @) a prescription for Nimesil . Finally, to score points from the National Health Fund, she took a photo of the tooth. greetings
