This cannot be put into a few words ... The lady from registration, everyone knows what she is talking about, is some kind of evil;) Always dissatisfied, corrects every word, rude, rude and, of course, knowledgeable about everything, better than a doctor. Sad because we made the decision to move to another clinic because of this person, and dr. We appreciate Borowiak very much, a great doctor and that's the only reason why we endured it for so long, but in the end the measuring cup changed ... It is impossible to stand it. It is surprising that everyone has the same opinion of this Lady, and she still works there, it cannot be moved .... hm, but well, apparently she has such a mission, raising pressure, to anyone who comes or calls the clinic ... I greet the "lovable" lady and I wish you more empathy and understanding for people, because whatever you give, you come back ....

Terrible service lady, refuses to help. He tells you to go to your family doctor the next day ... So I ask why this emergency aid point is functioning ?! I am outraged by the fact that money from my insurance goes for such advice .. I do not greet the lady from the reception.

I wanted to share my impressions by phone in contact with the receptionist, but I can see that practically every negative comment applies to this lady. I called for a referral to the doctor, but of course you said that she would not give it to me .... When I tried to explain why I needed this referral and that it was important, I heard that she did not have time to discuss further. The lady hangs up despite the endless conversation - disrespectful. Is this what the conversation should be like? I think there would be a lot of more empathetic people in this place. You really don't want to even call there. I totally do not recommend and advise you to appoint yourself to another clinic, unless you want to keep listening to such a lady.

Hello I only confirm all other opinions with a grade of 1, regarding you at registration (my grade does not apply to doctors in this clinic, at least not my family doctor), I tried to get a referral for a basic morphology I will add that more than 5 years have passed since the last examination, you can see all talks about the importance of prophylaxis (prophylactic catholic examinations) do not exist here, after you indignant, I heard over the phone that prophylaxis is not important, and that it is not COMMUNE and you cannot give away everything you want. If there was something disturbing in my result, which could be too late, I would probably hear from the doctors (why didn't you do the test earlier?) greetings

I used to consider this place to be very helpful, unfortunately it has changed, very unpleasant lady at the reception, recently I called that my childhood protein allergy came back and that I would like a referral to an allergist, you wanted to heal me and said exactly "You know what there is nothing you can do about it, you just have to stop eating protein and put it all away, it's the only solution because we can't do anything about it. " Only after a direct phone call to the doctor did I get a referral. Lack of any help and compassion from the receptionist, she screams at whomever she can at every possible opportunity. The doctor is always helpful and nice, but unfortunately, before someone gets to see you, the doctor must first break through the receptionist who is not willing to help.
