The hairdressing services in this salon are at ZERA level, The hair was frayed unevenly cut after the visit. I was a client of this salon for the first and last time. When I called regarding the complaint, I heard that the service was performed professionally, only my hair is strange. I went to another salon in Poznań to patch up, I was asked whether I was dying and cutting myself. On the other hand, the owner of the salon, despite the fact that she saw photos of poorly done work in her salon and told about the arrogance of the eggs, said that I can even go to court with this complaint and she will not refund me money. WORST HAIRDRESSING SALON IN THE WORLD.

I used the hairdressing services. I have very fine hair. I wanted to cut it and add indifference. The service was delivered at an express pace. Hair wash. No mask or conditioner. Later truncation. Despite the thinning hair, I have never had a cut done so quickly. The lady puffed my hair while drying it. Everything straightened after I left. Then I noticed that my hair was cut crookedly. The living room is not very pleasant. Cold. Hairdresser not very nice. During the cut, she picked up the phone and the package from the courier without any "sorry but I have to". In addition, it was my most expensive visit of this type.

After decolorization, part of the hair has fallen off, the remaining one is pulling like rubber. The first time the hairdresser applied the color without consultation, she applied it twice to the gray roots, telling me that it was ok. The result: I left the salon with a disgusting color. After the second visit, the color did not take off at all, the hairdresser kept telling me that it was ok ... despite the fact that from the roots the hair was almost white and the bottom bright orange. After my comments, she didn't even complete the modeling after asking for full payment. I declined. I noticed that some of my hair had fallen off at home. It is a pity that before I had a haircut shortly at a real hairdresser whom I asked for help, I did not take pictures because it would result in a claim for compensation. Arrogant and condescending behavior, lack of professionalism. A disaster!

I do not recommend. I just wanted to cut the ends and a very nasty hairdresser insisted on shading them. I didn't want shading. My hair is frayed, uneven and the ends are a few hairs. Because she shaded me so much. Upwards, she cut her hair 10 cm. I had quite long hair. Now I look like a clown. She scarred me. She was unpleasant and made unpleasant remarks about my complexion and I wish I had gone there.

I do not recommend. Hairdresser cut my hair contrary to what I asked for. Hairdresser unpleasant and mean. I thought it was pleasant to stay in the salon. Here is a nightmare.
