Great hairdresser, very good customer service, very good individual approach, cooperation and advice, let me add that I have already tested many "famous" hairdressers from Poznań, no one has mastered baldness so slowly progressing. I recommend 👏👏👏
Mr. Jacek 5 stars. Unfortunately, ladies still have a lot to learn. Overall 3 stars, because the rest of the team does not have the gift of cutting and the salon itself is much too expensive for the services they provide.
Everything is ok. Visits are scheduled for a specific time, there was never a delay.

I am very disappointed with the Friday visit to HairHouse. I write these reviews specially 3 days after cutting, because I had to cool down. I cut my long hair and told you to shade it. The effect is great, but only in front of the mirror. Right now, I look like a 'bob' that I absolutely didn't want, the hair has a volume that I didn't want either because my intention was to shed a lot of hair. I am heartbroken because the whole stylization of the Lady assured me that it would be beautiful. When I came home and saw it from a different perspective and the fact that my hair lost its form ... I honestly didn't have the words or the desire to call the salon anymore.
My first hairdresser in Poznań amy we have Sebastian for 21 years and I have never happened to be dissatisfied with him ręki ... for me the MASTER in his profession 🥇 HairHause do a good job so that our hair has the best care 🔝🔝 🔝 Creativity, modernity, professionalism .... I recommend 100% because hair is their passion ... for me THE BEST🔥💯🔝🔝🔝👌💚🙋♀️
