Hello to all resolved and undecided. I didn't know the foreman before. Was by order. He made water, sewage, gas and central heating installations for me. In addition, he connected the well, established drainage around the building, prepared external installations for connection to the sewage network, installed solar installations, set up shower cabins and prepared connections for a fireplace with a water jacket. It was all done in 2013 and still works today. I did not have any reservations regarding the works performed.
