I regret that you can not give zero stars.
An unpleasant and surly vet. He refused any help in solving the problem with the dog on the border. Although he ran this puppy from birth, he implanted a chip and grafted.
He could solve the problem with one e-mail and stamp. He claimed that he did not even remember if he was implanting a chip because he did not keep such documentation. Strangely enough, the first owner had such a document.
His solution to the problem was a return of 1600km to Poland and revaccination and a three-week grace period.
Fortunately, in France, people think differently and are more helpful. In this way, our pooch has a French passport :)
