Neonet Szamotuły again sold me incomplete goods 3 times. And I asked the seller to check if the goods are complete! OF COURSE the mouse didn't have a receiver. This is what NEONET looks like. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Scammers

I am disappointed and outraged by the service. I wanted to buy a laptop without additional services in 0% installments, which are advertised on the website and on TV. After selecting the goods and going to the installment point, Mr. K. did not listen to what I was saying. He was rude and wanted to earn at all costs. He tried to cram insurance and extra accessories despite my firm "NO". He said that I will not receive 0% installments because each 0% installment is considered individually. I agree with this, however, announcing that the store offers 0% installments and then fails to enforce it on the sale, I consider it to mislead the customer into a TARGETED error and a fraud. I honestly encountered such a situation for the first time, because in other stores, when an installment advertisement is thrown, it is REAL. The most irritating, however, was the fact that Mr. Krzysztof called me with the words, "What are you surprised if you did not take anything in installments". I will leave the commentary on this sentence thrown at me to myself. Then my fiance tried to take installments, who NEVER had a problem with getting installments. However, Mr. Krzysztof did not heed our words again and presented an offer that we were not interested in. I believe that this is not a seller's behavior. The seller should be just as polite to customers who come for normal installments and just as kind to customers in 0% installments. I do not recommend this store with all my heart !!!!!

Receipt of goods in the store, ordered online. The conditions presented are completely different than in the order placed. Forcing additional services, despite the declaration that I am only interested in the ordered goods. Shopping should be a pleasure, and it wasn't there because it wasn't the seller's fault. I do not recommend !!!
