I have a comparison how it is in other clinics in Kalisz and Sawimed I have to praise. It never happened that my daughter was not admitted to the doctor on the day I registered her. There are not many people waiting, maybe I was so lucky or maybe it changed for the better. There was no problem with calling the registration. There may be a small "slip" during the party time, but it varies a lot during the visit, and Dr. Cholajda does not work on the piecework.

I had to give this one star to be able to write a review, and you should not even be half a star. My opinion concerns children's clinics, tragedy. Three years ago my 5-week-old child with pneumonia was refused visit - I had to wait until 18 and go to the evening. A year later, a 4-year-old daughter with breathlessness was refused to visit again, I had to wait until 18 to go to the evening party where the doctor diagnosed allergic asthma after an interview with me. Today, despite the fact that the clinic was bursting into emptiness, zero people were refused to visit the daughter who since yesterday is quite high fever. I was amused when you proposed a visit tomorrow. Again, I have to wait until 18 to go with my daughter to the evening party. As for the doctors, I have no major reservations, but the lady in the registration with Deca changed her mind, behaves as if they were managers of the facility, they are arrogant, insolent and with constant focus. Dear ladies, if you have burned out professionally and come to work as a punishment, I would like to inform you that a lot of employment has recently been in supermarkets, factories and caretakers lately for medicine.

Time 8:01 the line is busy. Ringing time 278 calls not answered 9:02 the registration lady informs me that today she does not accept the entries because there are no places and I can come tomorrow ... Two children with high fever, shortness of breath and vomiting phlegm. I am glad that the registrar knows if my children can wait until the next day!

Dr. Cholajda is the best doctor in the world. She always presents precise diagnoses. Unfortunately, I can not comment so positively on you and the lady in registration, which is unpopular. They do not even respond to words: good morning. Zero respect and professionalism towards the patient. Atmosphere very unfriendly. Feel that these ladies are sitting as if in punishment. They respond very casually, and should be required to inform the patient about everything. Not such people should be filled in this position! As for the ladies in the laboratory, those that take blood for the most friendly tests. In addition to the lady who accepts referrals for research. She is surly. Many times I wanted to sign up by phone at the doctor and unfortunately the ladies in registration do not pick up the phone. For example, someone from the family tried to call you by being in the clinic and these ladies did not respond to any of the phones !!! That's why I only put 3 and not 1, although I would like to put it down, just because my family doctor answers me. There is much to be desired.

Ladies receptionists post to exchange ..... the whole organization of the clinic to change ... get to the doctor at 8.00 is bordering on a miracle and this text will ask the doctor if he will accept ... laughter ...
