Approach to the client incomprehensible to me. I wanted to buy baskets / shelves under the counter. When I came to their site the price of products was thirty pairs. I asked about the product. I got an answer and suddenly the price jumped to fifty pairs. When I asked why this happened, they told me that they have no influence on when and what prices change (on their own website) and that the decision is mine whether I want or not. A shocking approach. Update: after issuing this opinion, I was contacted and suddenly it turned out that the approach to the client changed and you could sell at the price of the product displayed;). Therefore, I raise the rating to neutral. Update 2: I have been waiting for over a month for ordered and paid goods. I even asked for a refund. No contact, no goods, no money. I report the case to the police and I sincerely warn everyone against this dishonest and arrogant company !!!

I warn you !!! in front of this pseudo company / producer. We ordered furniture by contact on the Grafit Furniture website, they sent us an invoice issued by Mati. Payment before order processing. The furniture was delivered in a terrible condition: wardrobes in the board contaminated with bird droppings, poorly drilled holes, holes left behind. Tables frames are crooked. They completely do not respond to calls to remove defects or to refund money, nor to any of the complaints sent. Below are some photos showing the products of this company. I hope that this opinion will affect the owner (s) and respond to sent complaints. Hello, it's been three weeks since posting the opinion, the company is not willing to repair the sell. Another week has passed there is no reaction.
