The lady from the registration is probably not wise and should not deal with patient registration, You can call to make an appointment and in the end it will come out that there are several people for one hour or there is no patient on the list of patients at all, it is unacceptable, and calling and hearing translation: I don't know how it happened, I'm not in the clinic anymore.
