Absolute rip off. Tried three times to withdraw money without a compulsory exchange with an 11% surcharge on the EUR-PLN exchange rate and received a rejection each time, including a receipt (rejection-422). Then tried to withdraw the same amount once with a compulsory exchange and 11% surcharge and it worked. This receipt then says that I could have chosen and that my choice was voluntary. Gang of criminals
